We are open: Monday thru Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm, and Saturday 10am - 1pm EST. Sunday's we are closed.

Do you offer same day delivery in Cincinnati?
Yes! We offer same-day flower delivery across Cincinnati and surrounding areas for orders placed before 12pm (local time).
Your flowers will be hand-delivered with care on the same day.
What areas do you deliver flowers to?

Do you deliver flowers to funeral homes, if so what information is needed?
When placing your flower order for a Funeral Service please provide us with the name of the deceased,
the name of the funeral home, date & time of viewing. Order Sympathy and Funeral Flowers.
Do You deliver flowers to hospitals, if so what information is needed?
When placing your flower order for a patient at a hospital, provide us with the name of the patient and room number,
also please be sure the patient is not being released and can receive flowers. Send Flowers to a Hospital.
Can I add a personal card message to my order?
Yes! Every order includes a complimentary card with your custom message.
You can enter your message during checkout and
we’ll make sure it’s printed and included with the flowers.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If no one is available to receive the delivery,
our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or contact the recipient directly (based on your delivery notes).
We always take care to ensure your gift arrives safely.
How do I know my order was recieved?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
We also send you an email confirmation once the flowers have been delivered to your loved one.
What payment options do you offer at checkout?
We offer all major credit card payment options, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.
What kind of flowers do you use in your arrangements?
We use fresh, seasonal blooms sourced from local growers whenever possible.
Our designs are crafted daily in our Atelier and reflect what’s freshest
and most beautiful at the time of your order.
What is a Designer's Choice floral arrangement?
A Designer’s Choice arrangement is created when the florist selects the colors, flowers, style, and container based on the season.

Will my flower arrangement look exactly like the product picture?
Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement
by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence.
What if I want to cancel my order?
